Avon Valley Apartments:

This project was sourced off market, direct to the vendor who lives adjacent to the site.

We achieved full planning permission for three 2 bed apartments making best use of a fairly tight site and blending the new build in with sympathetic traditional design.

We raised £100,000 from investors and returned their capital and a return on investment of 30% when we refinanced the completed project to add to the West Country Partnerships rental portfolio with in a 15 month timespan.
